RECONSTRA Office is designed as a workspace that reflects the character of a professional, modern, and human-centered research institution. The design approach focuses on space efficiency, user comfort, and the integration of the company’s visual identity into the interior elements. A modern minimalist concept is applied through the use of neutral colors combined with natural wood accents, creating a warm yet professional atmosphere. The reception area is designed as the focal point, featuring geometric elements that strengthen the brand image while giving a clean and strong first impression. The workspace is divided into private zones and open workspaces arranged in a linear layout to maximize capacity without reducing circulation and comfort. This structured arrangement supports productivity while also encouraging collaboration among users. Meanwhile, the pantry area is designed as an informal interaction space with more expressive materials that still harmonize with the overall design concept. Through a simple spatial composition, controlled lighting, and the selection of efficient and low-maintenance materials, this project creates a functional, representative, and comfortable working environment for daily activities.
